The cozy room was very comfortable and clean, embodying a modern Scandinavian style with parquet flooring. the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. the complimentary hearty continental breakfast was a perfect start to my day, filled with fresh Nordic-themed delights. Hotel Fron's location on the main shopping street, Laugavegur, was ideal for exploring Reykjavik. the surrounding area offered a variety of options for dining and shopping, ensuring convenience at every turn. the neighboring Scandinavian Restaurant, which also hosted the hotel's buffet breakfast, showcased the best of Icelandic ingredients in every dish. The hotel's elegant decor, featuring oil paintings and nature photography, added a touch of charm to the modern interior. the comfortable beds and neutral color schemes in the room provided a serene retreat after a day of adventuring. Overall, Hotel Fron provided a wonderful base for my Icelandic exploration, catering to both business and leisure guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located, friendly, and comfortable stay in Reykjavik.
